1-on-1 BBQ Classes

Learn how to make excellent barbecue using the equipment you already have at home.

These personalized sessions are designed for home cooks who want to elevate their skills, build confidence, and understand the “why” behind great barbecue. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your technique, we meet you where you are.

What You’ll Learn:

• Fire management and temperature control

• Meat selection, trimming, and seasoning

• Timing, pacing, and cook strategies

• How to adapt pro techniques to backyard equipment

Session Details:

• Up to 4 hours of hands-on instruction

• Hosted at your home or ours

• Fully customized to your equipment and goals

Suggested Donation Amount:

• $175 – You provide the meat

• $225 – We provide the meat

• $250 – Premium cuts or multi-meat session

Pricing applicable to 1-on-1 classes in the Albuquerque metro area only. 1-on-1 classes outside the Albuquerque metro area will include an additional fee. Please contact bbqforgood@gmail.com for pricing.
