BBQ 4 Ballet is BACK
This year, BBQ 4 Ballet is raising funds to support three pre-professional dance students from New Mexico as they travel across the country to train at world-class summer intensive programs.
This year, dancers will be training at:
The Ailey School Professional Division Summer Intensive (New York City)
Los Angeles Ballet Academy Summer Intensive (Los Angeles)
School of Ballet Arizona Summer Intensive (Phoenix)
These programs offer rigorous, professional-level training in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, and culturally rooted dance forms. For these dancers, it is a critical step toward a professional career and workforce development.

Why This Matters
These dancers train 5–6 days a week while balancing school, rehearsals, and academic excellence. Summer intensives are where training deepens, artistry expands, and professional pathways begin to form.
But these opportunities come with significant costs.
BBQ 4 Ballet helps bridge that gap.
What Your Support Covers
All funds raised go directly to supporting the dancers.
Donations help cover:
Tuition for summer intensives
Travel to and from programs
Room and board for 5+ weeks
Essential training supplies (including pointe shoes at $100+ per pair)
BBQ for Good is a volunteer-led nonprofit. Our Executive Director and Board serve entirely in a volunteer capacity, ensuring that contributions go directly to supporting students.
